Diversity Scholarships

The OICF has a base goal of raising $500,000 through FY2007 for scholarships that will follow students of diversity throughout their academic careers (i.e. freshman through senior year).

Thirty scholarships will be awarded in the 2006-07 academic year (three per OICF college). The next year an additional 20 scholarships will be added, followed by thirty more the following year, and twenty more the next year.
This will add to 100 diversity scholarships at $5,000 annually by 2009-10.

The funding for the first year of this plan has already been reached, thanks to generous contributions from our sponsors (list).
