Peer-to-Peer Mentoring
Discussions are in the works for a pilot mentoring program.

Expansion of Pre-Orientation Programs
Using OICF diversity funding to expand and replicate successful "pre-freshman orientation" programs for students of color.

Inter-college Minority Student Leadership Network
Developing a network between the OICF colleges to provide social, academic, and leadership opportunities.

Inter-college Special Events
Leverage the network of OICF colleges and students for special events of interest to students of color.
